Dois investigadores da IBM, criaram um software que facilita a escrita em aparelhos móveis. Este software utiliza esquemas geométricos para cada palavra, e funciona com um teclado QWERTY ou ATOMIK. Com este software foi possível atingir velocidades de 60 a 70 palavras por minuto, menos do que num teclado normal, mas mais rápido do que escrever com as habituais canetas dos PDA’s actuais.
